These terms apply to your use of the Luxe Building & Design website. They cover the website itself. They do not govern remodeling work, which is handled by a separate signed agreement described below.

Accepting these terms

By browsing this site or sending us an enquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

The website is information, not an offer

Everything on this site, including service descriptions, portfolio photography, and any figures or timelines mentioned, is provided for general information. It is not a quote, a bid, a quotation of price, or an offer to perform work on any particular terms.

Every remodeling project differs in scope, site conditions, materials, and permitting. Pricing and schedule can only be established after we have discussed your project and, where appropriate, visited the property.

Enquiries do not create a contract

Submitting the contact form starts a conversation. It does not reserve a place in our schedule, form a binding agreement, or commit either of us to anything.

Work is performed only under a separate written contract signed by both parties. Where anything on this website conflicts with that signed contract, the signed contract governs. Warranties, payment terms, change orders, scheduling, and cancellation are addressed there, not here.

Portfolio and project photography

Photographs on this site show completed projects. They illustrate the character and standard of our work rather than promising an identical result. Materials, finishes, fixtures, and product lines change and may no longer be available. Variation in natural materials such as wood and stone is expected, and lighting and screen calibration affect how colors appear on your device.

Using the site

You are welcome to browse the site and contact us about a project. Please do not:

• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content from the site.
• Submit false, misleading, or automated form submissions.
• Use the contact form to send advertising, solicitations, or spam.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or interfere with its operation.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Our content

The text, photographs, designs, logos, and layout of this site belong to Luxe Building & Design or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use while evaluating our services. Any other copying, republishing, or commercial use requires our written permission.

Your submissions

When you send us details, photographs, or plans relating to your project, you keep ownership of them. You give us permission to use them for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and discussing the work. You also confirm you have the right to send us what you send. We handle these submissions as described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party links

This site links to outside pages, including our Facebook profile. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their practices.

Disclaimer

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, nor that the information on it is complete or current.

Nothing in this disclaimer affects any warranty we provide for completed remodeling work under a signed contract, or any right you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxe Building & Design and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising out of your use of this website, even if we have been advised such damages are possible. Our total liability relating to your use of the website is limited to one hundred dollars ($100).

This limitation applies to the website. It does not limit our responsibilities under a signed construction contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from your use of this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you agree to those courts having jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted here, and the date at the top will reflect the change. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
